As you know F = mass Ă— acceleration -----(1)
and acceleration = V-U/T ------(2)
boxer move his head backwards to increase the time...
So carefully look here...that if we inscrease time then acceleration will decrease according to equation (2)...
So by decreasing acceleration... ultimately force is deceased as you can see it in equation (1)
That's why boxer move his head backwards to
increase time and reduce the force.
