Breathing rate of a person depends on what kind of work you are doing if you are relaxing is slow and during strenuous physical exercise it increases...

\huge\boxed{Answer}

• As u know, Human or any other organism requires energy to do work
•Energy ia stored in the form of ATP.
•More the work required, More ATP should be made by respiration to fulfil the body demand
•To make ATP (by the process of respiration), More O2 is required
•As human is doing activity, ATP keeps utilized by body And thus to make more ATP Breathing rate is increased.
