fire needs oxygen when a burning candle place it get oxygen
when a burning candle placed closed by a glass it get off after sometimes
like that we blow out only co2 so the burning candle gets off

Because when we blow on fire‚we give out carbon dioxide which cuts off oxygen which supports burning and extinguishes fire.
