A business man want to invest more and get high profit for high output....
He want to sell the output or settle the deal at higher profit level means at high prices....
But suppose,, in case of economic rescission the price goes down not shot up...then producer have to sold his output at lower price much then his investment ...
So it is a risk to clear up large stock of willingness at higher price..
