hey mate ur answer is its become hot bcoz of heat transfer its mean Thermodynamics
explaintation we know that heat transfer higher tempreature to lower temperature
The outer surrounding for the car is hotter than the room of car…. The hot radiations or the heat from the surrounding get into the car and this heat transfer will continue till the car's temperature is equal to the surrounding temperarure (i.e till equilibrium)…. There is no chance of heat escaping out from the car…. Hence the heat transfer takes from out to in raising the car's temperature…

a car will heat up differently depending on whether or not the windows are closed and if it is parked in the sun , but no so much based on size..... This is because the sun heats up the air inside the vehicle , but has nowhere to go , creating a greenhouse effect scenario.
