Why does a car parked ina a sunlight remains hot from inside even when there is no sunlight in thr car?

there are a few reasons for this
1)due to the presence of gases like carbondioxide the heat carrying capasity of air increases
2)the car as like a green house and the heat balance is irregular i.e if there is 100% of heat coming in then there is only 40% heat being radiated so there is still heat left in air after the car is removed from sunlight
