why does a comb rubbed on dry hair atttract pieces of paper?

The comb gets negatively charged amd attracts the paper as the paper is positively charged. Because opposite poles attract

as because when we run the comb on dry hair it losses electrons and become positively charged and when it touches the paper it attracts the extra electrons in it and this devolope a bond between them so they get stuck to each other
