To explain why a cool bottle taken out from the refrigerator gets water droplets on its surface :

Explaination:

Whenever a cool bottle is taken out of the refrigerator, it's surface is more colder as compared to the hotter atmospheric air in contact with it.

Now whenever air molecules come in contact with the bottle surface, they undergo condensation . Condensation refers to change in state from gaseous to liquid.

Because of condensation , the water vapour molecules form water droplets on surface of the bottle.
