This is because to negotiate the turn a centripetal force is necessary and this cannot be only provided by friction so we bend so as to increase tan∅

Do you know when you are moving at the high speed..there are more chances of risk of accidents.
so when cyclist moving very fast and for takin the sharp turn they just bend inwards to control the balance of the cycle.
