For a body to move in a circular path, there has to be a centripetal force which is equal to the (velocity)^2/radius of cirlce, which keeps it in circular path. Generally when you are riding a cycle, friction between the road and the tyre provides considerable amount of force to make up for this centripetal force. But, When you are racing the velocity is quite high and you need additional force to be in the circular path. So when you bend, the direction of the normal force tilts a little which results in a vertical as well as horizontal component of the force..
This is why the tilt towards the road. But the condition is only valid for high amount of velocity enough to make up for it!
Thanks!
