1. In absence of political parties, all the candidates would be independant so no one would be able to make decision about any major policy change.
2. Govt. will be formed but its utility will remain ever uncertain.
3. Representative will be accountable to the constituency they are elected from, but no one would be responsible in running the govt.
4. Without political parties democracy will face adversities. The interests of the people wont reach the parliament and a large section of people will feel alienated.

Without political parties then there will be no perfect democracy in the state because democracy emphasis that every citizen have the right to choose your own president. If there are no political parties then there will be no perfect election for citizens.
