why does a film of moisture appear on the surface of the mirror when we exhale on it

If you exhale on a mirror, a film of moisture appears on its surface. From where do these droplets come? Exhaled air contains moisture, so a film of moisture on the surface of the glass formed when we exhale on a mirror.
