The atmospheric pressure decreases with altitude because gas molecules which make up the air concentrate near lower altitude in response to Earth’s gravity. Hence, air pressure is low at higher altitudes.
so fountain pen leak inside an aeroplane in higher altitude .

Hey! ☺
Here's your answer!
A fountain pen leaks inside an aeroplane in higher altitude. Why?
This is because -
Ink contains dissolved air inside and some air is also there inside the fountain pen under normal pressure. When this fountain pen is carried in higher altitude, (as the outside air pressure is low), the air inside, tries to come out and as a result the liquid or ink is pushed out (it leaks).
Hope this helps you!
