Why does a greenhouse get warmer than the surrounding air during clear day?

when the short wave solar radiation  enters in a greenhouse, much of it is absorbed plants, soil etc. when long  wave radiation is emitted from various sources inside a greenhouse most of it is trapped because it doesn't go through glass. as a result inside greenhouse is warmer
