The recoil speed of the gun is inversely proportional to its mass. So, the recoil speed of the heavy gun is lesser than that of the light gun.

When two guns are fired with the same amount of force then the recoil of light rifle organ will have more cake because the heavier gun will have a heavier Recoil to shoot the  Bullet out of the rifle.

Explanation:

  • But the heavy size of the gun makes the inertia of that heavy gun to absorb the recoil momentum and hence less amount of force or cake is experienced in that required.
  • But in the case of a light rifle, the inertia of the rifle absorbs very little force and the rest of the force is transferred inform of the kick experienced.
