Why does a human does not feel the pressure of electromagnetic wave on his skin, although electromagnetic wave come with speed of light?

because human body generate heat and energy

Because the body exerts an equal and opposite force to this and hence we can stand. In the same way our body exert equal pressure from inside with respect to atmosphere and hence we don't feel any pressure and hence we can move.
