hard working labourer needs more fats and carbohydrates than those working in office because
labours have more physical work but people working in office should do mental work
labourers should work for so long hours in factory's
labour have continous work without breaks
they don't take proper food and go for that work this decreases their capability of doing work instead of being weak they will do that work so labour require more fats then office working people
