why does a liquid boil at a fixed temperature?

hey mate here is the answer
as if we heat more it get evaporated more and the water quantity decrease if we heat it less we can't get enough warmth and heat we can't be so cool in any season for long time it is difficult to stay and we get cold and fever
so,we should heat it in fixed temperature
