why does a man A who doesnt know swimming sinks in a pool but another man B who know swimming floats when both their masses are same and upthrust is acting on both of them?​

But the man who knows swimming will push water downward by his hand and feet, if the man is stationary as in water polo, as a result, water will push him up and he will not sink, but if the man is moving forward, then, the forward force he is applying by pushing water backward by his hand and feet is greater than the downward force of gravity to pull him down. The man who knows swimming, learns the movement of his hand and feet.
