Because in summer, milk taste may change due to high temperature, it will turn into cheese when we boil these juice.
Its ph become low and it may turn slightly acidic.
To prevent this kind of damage,milkman add baking soda in the milk. baking soda is badic in nature and its remain ph neutral in nature.
