why does a motorcyclist tilt himself while moving from a sharp edge ​

when the motorcyclist takes a sharp turn due to centrifugal force(force which acts outwards in a direction perpendicular to direction of motion) the bike starts to slide and move away from its path leading to accidents. in order to avoid that the motorcyclist tilts himself to counteract the centrifugal force.

for the very same reason the banking of road is done.
