People with high blood pressure will experience symptoms, like nervousness, sweating, difficulty sleeping or facial flushing. Truth: High blood pressure is a largely symptomless “silent killer.”

Normally if our blood pressure is high then our blood will pump more blood more energy will be released , more of heat will be released and turns out sweating.

Answer:

Increased pressure in vessels, increased activity in tissue expands stuff. Skin pores open and sweat glands produce sweat from the blood flow. The opposite can happen in the 'fight or flight' response. Vessels near the skin shrink to increase flow to more vital parts. This can cause pale skin and the chill that is felt when in danger or fear. Our blood is what keeps us warm. In movement more blood is pumped by the heart and we sweat to cool the body.
