It is because of the balance between the turgor pressure exerted by the cell contents on the wall and the wall pressure exerted by the cell wall, which keeps the cell in somewhat a balanced state which does not lead to the bursting of it.

because plant cell contains a cell wall thatswhy when it is kept in hypotonic solution the very less water moves throughout its pores and cell dont brust
