Hey!!!

Plant need CO2 in order to carry out the process of photosynthesis.

So,if a plant is kept inside a closed box with no air ,then it will not get CO2 to carry out the process of photosynthesis.
Thus ,they become incapable to make food for themselves and finally die.

Answer:The plant kept inside the box will not grow as it will not get enough sunlight and air to carry out photosynthesis.

Explanation:

Take two potted plants, place one in the sun and the other in a closed room. After five days, you

will notice that the plant kept in sun has grown well and the one kept in the room has turned yellow due

to absence of sunlight and lack of photosynthesis.
