the refraction of light( bendingof light ray) depends upon the change in speed of light.if speed of light changes so it will bend when travelling from one medium to another.like when light enters into water the light ray bent because its speed slows down

Answer:
The bending of light as it passes from one medium to another is called refraction. The angle and wavelength at which the light enters a substance and the density of that substance determine how much the light is refracted.
