Answer:
While a blunt knife has more area coming in contact than a sharpknife and the pressure exerted by theblunt knife will be less as compared to that of a sharp knife. Therefore it is easier to cut with a sharp knife.

Answer:
pressure =thrust/area
A sharp knife cuts objects better because of its very thin edge, a large pressure can be created on the object when the force falls over a sharp small area of our hand. And this large pressure results in the cutting of the object easily. A blunt knife does not cut the object easily because it has a thicker edge
so this means blunt knife has larger area,so it cuts less but a sharf knife has low area so it cuts fast
hope you got it
