because the silk thread is smooth and the jute thread is rough
so the friction in silk knot is less than that of jute knot
so the friction in silk knot is less than that of jute knot

The silk knot slip easily because is much smoother then the jute knot. And silk has smooth surface s force of friction is less whereas jute has a rough surface which increase the force of friction.
