this is because of refraction we can see sun before it rises

here is ur answer....
Advance sunrise:-
the sun appear about 2 minutes earlier than actual sunrise and the sun remain visible for about 2 minutes after the actual sunset.
when the sun is below Horizon the rays have to pass from rarer to denser medium.
so, rays bend towards the normal as a result the son of a higher than its actual position.
