1 too much water for air to evaporate
2 even if it could all water would fall back as rain.
water constitutes about 3/4 or 75% of earth .
and the maximum amount of water air can carry is dependant on temp and pressure .
So if we had to evaporate all water we would need a lot of pressure and temperature which is not possible.
THEREFORE all the water of the earth not get evaporated during hot summer days
