why does an air filled ballon rise up slightly when punctured from below

change in momentum causes force to act on balloon which is eqaul to dm.v where v is velocity of air escaping
from Newtons third law the reaction force makes balloon move up

when an air filled balloon is punchured from below it moves upward below as it is punchured the air gets released from below and as a reaction of this it enable the balloon to rise higher
