BECAUSE WHEN WE MIX WATER AND ACID . THE ACIS DISSOCIATES H+ IONS IN THE SOLUTION. THUS THE PRESENCE OF H+ IONS IN THE SOLUTION ALLOW MOVEMENT OF ELECTRONS .
