An atom has protons (positively charged particles) and neutrons in its nucleus around which there are electrons (negatively charged particles). The number of protons and electrons is the same and the charge on each one of them is the same. So overall its neutral.

because it is consists,
In nucleus'' neutron and proton''
In outer shell contain'' Electrons''
So, that these are repulsive/ attractive in nature.
so,they are cancel each other, than the whole charge of an atom is ZERO/ NEUTRAL in nature.
it is come back in *Stable* form.
I hope it's helpful to you.
