Here's ur answer !!
The densities of fresh water, salt water, and an egg are all different. Fresh water has a density of exactly 1 g/cc, and salt water is greater than 1, let's say 1.05, depending on how much salt or other impurities are dissolved in the water.if an egg has a density of 1.02 g/cc, therefore it will sink in fresh water but float in salt water.
Any solid object with less density than the liquid will float, and if the density is greater it will sink.
