The electron revolve around the nucleus with a fixed energy level but when electrons get attracted the nucleus the nuclear change is balanced by the repulsion force applied by other electrons present in the different sub sells resulting into moving them far from the nucleus

Because in the nucleus protons and neutrons are present and protons have positive charge and outside the nucleus electrons have negative charge. So the boudation remains there . For one proton there is one electron . Therefore because of the attraction of charges the electrons revolve around the nucleus and not fall into it .
