grieve not that I've fallen to for you , Antonio means that bassanio shouldn't grieve that Antonio is dying for him(because he was bound 3000 ducats) . he tells bassanio that miss fortune falls on the who losses every thing. Hence he doesn't want bassanio to be sad because for him.
