Hey
Lemme first explain about HDI and it's working .
HDI :- Human Development Index . It is released by UNDP in which the development of each and every country is compared and then it is said that which country is developing o retarding or constant .
Now , What does it use to make development report ?
:- Well , it doesn't use the per capita income for making report . It uses education , health care , literary rate , infant mortality rate , birth rate , death rate and many other issues too .
So , in case of Australia , it has all tjese criteria but USA has per capita more and lacks other .
So , the report shows so .
thanks :)
