Why does beta particle deviate more than the alpha particle ( when exposed perpendicular to magnetic field) ???

If you are comparing the amount of deflection of a beta particle (an electron or positron) with say an alpha particle (helium nucleus)

PVE: BTW I got my answer. It is because as alpha particle has more mass than beta...so it deviates less
