bleaching power is a mixture of calcium chloride and calcium hydroxide and thus not a mixture of single salts that's why don't get completely dissolve in water

As we know there are spaces between molecules of liquid and the bleaching powder covers the space between them but if space is not left so the powder does not mix whole
