why does blood clot inside healthy vessels ? what happens if the blood clots inside an intact vessel​

Blood proteins, prothrombin and fibrinogen do not form blood clot inside blood vessels as these are in inactive form due to the presence of anticoagulant heparin. At the injury, these are activated by thrombokinase enzymes of bloods platelets.
