Blood is pumped out from heart in artery, the aorta (Giant one). The aorta is divided into many small branches which keep on branching smaller and smaller arteries or arteriols which then lead to capillaries, RBCs. Our all body parts needs oxygen and these small arterioles present everywhere to transport blood and that's why whenever we get cut the blood is come out as instead of arteries and veins arterioles get cut.
