Why does bread start tasting sweet if we keep chewing it

Hey frnd,
Bread contain Starch... when we start chewing it ... the salivary amylase enzyme in our mouth breaks 30% starch into Maltose (a sugar) ...thats why it tastes Sweet...

Bread contain starch and when we chew it saliva present in our month mixed with it and produce a maltose which is sweet in taste ..
So we considered sweet taste
