Breathing becomes while doing exercise because while doing exercise our body needs more oxygen and for that breathing rate increases.

the answer for your question is answered below:
while we are doing exercises or doing any running practice we do these things fastly while we are doing exercises we will stop breathing after doing that type of practices afterwards we will stay clam or take rest when we take rest before we didn't have any type of breathing while doing those exercises so,that is why our breathing becomes faster while doing the exercise.
