caesar remarked that cowards die many times before their death because calfurina said not to go outside to save ceaser as she got a sign that ceaser is going to die. So,ceaser said that cowards die many times before their death but not caser was courageous and not afraid of his death and death will run away by seeing ceaser.

He says this because He wants to tell calpurnia that he is not scared of the death.... He is not a coward..... Nor he is going to pay attention to her dreams and warnings
