1. Camel can store very much food and water in its hump and so can live without them in desert for many days.
2. Camel can eat thorny plants like cactus easily which are generally found in deserts.
3. Camel has paddle shaped foots so, it can walk on sand easily and hence is the best medium for transport in deserts.
