Why does Churchill repeat the phrase we shall fight over and over ? How does it support the main purpose of this speech ?

At his speech during the hard times of the World War II, the phrase “we shall fight” was used repeatedly by Churchill to give stress to his words and display conviction in his speech.

In his speech, Churchill assured the people that British would win the war under any circumstance.

No matter what they go through and the hardships they face, they were not going to surrender at any cost and remained committed to their goal of winning till the end.
