Why does co2 twinsime water milky

lime water = CaO

when CO2 is passed in lime water it forms CaCO3 which is milky. therefore CO2 turns lime water milky

CaO + CO2 -----> CaCO3

Insoluble calcium carbonate that is CaCO3 causes Carbon dioxide to turn into lime water milky. 
Lime water + Carbon Dioxide = Insoluble calcium carbonate.
