The addition of cow dung increases the mineral status of soil, enhances the resistance of plant against pests and diseases; stimulate plant growth and other beneficial activities such as sulphur oxidation and phosphorus solubilization.

AS WE R FAMILIAR WITH COW DUNG ..CAUSE OF ITS ANTI -BACTERIAL PROPERTIES, IT IS SAID THAT I CAN BE USED FOR MAKING BODY PACK IN ORDER TO DETOXIFY AND PREVENT PIMPLES . ALSO, IN ITS DRY AND POWDERED FORM IT WAS ALSO USED FOR TREATING SKIN DISEASES.
Sorry but according to my knowledge that is How much I know I don't have any answer to how soil is used in treating skin infections.
