why does curd faster in summers than in winters

Because bacteria grows faster in summer than in winter due to the favorable conditions and as the number of bacteria increases it makes the curd sour.

because curd has a bacteria named lactobacillus if the number of this bacteria is less then the curd will set slowly but in summer the no. of lactobacillus bacteria increase
