Why does curd set faster in summers than in winters? Please answer according 8th class

Curd sets faster in hot summer than in cold winter because the bacteria needs warmth to turn the milk into curd so in summer the temperature is hot which helps thae bacteria to multiply faster which helps them to change the milk into curd but,in winter the tepmperature is not warmth and favourable.....

at warm conditions bacteria turn the milk into curd faster. so un summers the. tempratute is. high and favrouable for growth of bacteria. as a result bacteria multiplies faster in summers than winters
