curd turn sour more easily in summer than in winter because bacteria is more active in summer than winter .

We know that "Lactobacillus" is the bacteria which convert milk into curd.
In summer season the Lactobacillus bacteria are more active and they multiple rapidly in compare to winter season.And when they multiple they produce more and more lactic acid and due to this the curd turn sour more easily in summer as compared to winter.
